The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days (Please note that during sale delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log)
International: 6-10 working days
Shipping time varies for customised items and will be mentioned on individual product detail page.
Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order. Delivery charges will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Please note: As a promotional offer we are currently providing free delivery service to all over Pakistan (This excludes any returns).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Anything you buy from itistrendy.com can be replaced or exchanged within 7 days subject to terms and conditions, if:

All Labels and Tags are intact.
Claims are to be settled within one week time period. Products will be sent to Head Office for approval and decision. Any decree regarding complaints given by the Customer Care Department is final and is not subject to any further modifications. In all cases, the customer will bear the cost of sending item(s) back to us. For exchange of a product, the Customer will call our Helpline. In response, the customer will be guided through the process and further actions. It is essential that the care instructions mentioned on the products and brochures/flyers are followed exactly. If the product hasn’t been used according to the given directions then itisrendy.com is not liable for the adjustment of that complaint. No exchange options are available for the product(s) sold at discounted prices, or on sales & promotions. There is NO “Refund” Policy on purchased items.
